Mon/Thurs Online Dance Chapel

Monday 5pm pst./Thursday 9:30 am pst.IMG_2735 See world clock to find your time.

Miraculously we can now Join in the Dance using Online Technology. In 2015 I created my first online dance group with people from Australia to Europe and discovered how moving it is to share dance and prayer online.

One first timer said,

I couldn’t quite figure out how dancing on line would work, but it does! It was a real blessing.”

A regular participant noted, “After being “sick” for a week it was like an instant healing –  I was back to 100% energy the next day!!”

Colleague Nancy Pfalztgraf and I welcome you to a rare dance chapel where we lean into the Hidden Monastery of the Heart, that place where silence, movement, and music are the highways of peace-making and healing.

Things you can expect

1. Warm up your dancing spirit.

2. invoke your intentions for family, community, and world

3. Notice your own body wisdom as you move, share and integrate it.

4. Reboot grace and gratitude for your week.

5. Hear and share poetry and music.

6. Dance on behalf of others in the group.

7. Connect to others in the group and receive additional resources.

Resources: My books include Dance: A Sacred Art: The Joy of Movement as a Spiritual Practice published by Skylight Paths and Move: What the Body Wants published by Woodlake Press along with blogposts and letters sent monthly to the Hidden Monastery. Link to my books on this website.

  1. It sounds yummy, C. Have you considered drop ins for folks like me who have ever-changing schedules? I can do Thursdays if I don’t sub that day… And I can do Mondays when Hebrew school is over in June… <3
