Improvising is faith in practice

“If faith is an active process engaged in by those moving to new places, into unknown (if as religious people what we called to be is people of faith venturing out together, loving God, and doing justice), then improvisation is the name of the road we take. “Improvisio” means to do the unforeseen.” – Cynthia Winton-Henry, Leaps of Faith

My book Dance: A Sacred Art, everything I learned and taught about improvisation on a body level is now available as an ebook. Click here.
