Question: Is a mystic a shaman? Shaman is an old word that means to see in the dark. Mystics have similar sight. Both forms use technologies that have to do with imagination and sensitivity. A mystic may be a playful version of such seeing with no requirement to act on what we see. I think mystics are particularly prone to divine love.
