If you are interested in affordable support through danced prayer where you can strengthen your soul power, learn why you are here, and interplay with life’s ups and downs in a fulfilling and beautiful way NO MATTER WHAT, you are invited to come move, pray and focus each month on the 13 ensoulment initiations that bring soul directly into the center of everything of life. This is physical work. Not always easy, but like much art, it is incredibly rewarding, fun, transformative, meaningful, entertaining, and HELPFUL!
I teach the first week of each month and Nancy and I will support you on subsequent weeks as we seek our “clarity of vision, efficiency of energy, and courage to love.” We do this as we dance, pray and honor the primacy of soul, attend to our soul care, and seek to be of service to the world.
Community is possible and crucial now more than ever. You can expect good humor in this grounded playful space where we develop our soul muscles and attune to authentic creativity within a circle of prayerful support. In addition we will research and claim our “answers to danced prayer.”

How does it work?
In this Live Online Course you get
- a live “room” to meet with leaders and participants using music, movement, and coaching in a webinar link that costs you nothing. There is an orientation just prior to your first meeting.
- instruction modules and videos.
- a private Hidden Monastery Facebook Group for noticings and research.
The cost is 49/month to attend a month of gatherings– just $12 a class.
