What happens?
In this little Hidden Monastery of the Heart we use the practices of InterPlay along with poetry and wisdom from spiritual wisdom sources.

Things you can expect

  • Connect to your dancing spirit in a warm up.
  • Share your intentions for family, community, and world in the opening invocation. 
  • Affirm and notice your body wisdom as you move, share.
  • Renew grace and gratitude in your week.
  • Hear and share poetry and wisdom.
  • Dance on behalf of others in the group.
  • Connect to global companions
  • Receive additional resources.

Nancy Pfaltzgraf headshot

Nancy Pfaltzgraf leads on Thursday at 9:30 am PST. Dance is her primary form of prayer. She’s also credentialed to coach the FEBI four movement patterns and is an InterPlay Life Practice Program leader, is a leader of dances of universal peace devoted to inter-religious wisdom and practice and a retired clergy.

Jane Siarny leads on occasion. InterPlay’s Life Practice Program Coordinator, she is a Certified Yoga Teacher CYT-200 dedicated to uplifting the human spirit through creativity, community building and body-wise practices.

  1. It sounds yummy, C. Have you considered drop ins for folks like me who have ever-changing schedules? I can do Thursdays if I don’t sub that day… And I can do Mondays when Hebrew school is over in June… <3
