The Art of Ensoulment Year-Long Course: Welcome to Your Mystical Life

It can be tricky to find mentoring in the ancient initiations of embodied wisdom. It was for me. As a sensitive body, it was a matter of life and death that I find my way. The Hidden Monastery evolved to make it a teeny bit easier to find and practice the artful dance of body AND soul.

Dedicate a year to body, soul, and the wisdom needed to thrive and lead in the coming days.

Licensed acupuncturist Jiling Lin, L.Ac. says, “Ensoulment helped me transition through graduation, board exams, and starting a medical practice. During sessions, I feel met and heard and am able to access and express usually inaccessible states. This helps me be more creative, motivated, and ultimately live a more joyous life, to show up fully for myself, and my patients and students. Snippets of ensoulment tools arise when needed in life and clinical practice, particularly in times of challenge, as gems of beauty that help anchor me into my greatest self, and the Great Mystery of the Universe. Deep gratitude!”

MaryEllen May, filmmaker, and leader of Mythos Journeys says, “Life often feels like too much for my sensitive body, but this year was exceptionally challenging.  I’ve often felt trampled, fragmented and compromised just by being in the world.  The effects of this in my energetic field and in my physical body left me depleted.  I’m incredibly grateful to have connected with Cynthia and the journey of ensoulment last January.  It gently carried me through the trials I faced.  Each month gifted me with a deeper way of dancing with life’s initiations.  It gave me ways to experience these life shifts as gateways.  I moved through each gateway with profound appreciation and awe, transformed by the experience rather than trampled by it.  Cynthia’s guidance about how to navigate life in a sensitive body and to playfully release and dance has been life-saving.  This is a course one can encounter, again and again, going deeper each time.  The richness of this course can’t be overstated, I feel very fortunate to have had the chance to take the journey of ensoulment.

In the days ahead, how will you, as a mystic and sensitive leader, dance in body, mind, heart, and soul? How will you stay true to the ethic of love, play, and your sacred relationships without succumbing to fear, despair, or rage? How will you support your family and community to adapt and thrive in times of rapid change?

The word glory means “to make known.” Every spiritual being is here to reveal what is truly glorious. Wouldn’t it be most excellent to know, live, and communicate that? To help our family and community find the radical hope and the practices needed for these times, sensitive leaders and mystics need deeper body wisdom. Are you as a bodyspirit ready to reveal that climate emergency is about emergence, that an apocalypse is a revelation, and that Divine resourcing is here, now, in each of us?

Let’s journey together! It’s never been more important to know how to play and connect!

In co-founding InterPlay, I uncovered the art of body wisdom in our birthright practices: movement, voice, story, and stillness. If you have ease in your body, then you may be ready for this invitation to ensoulment.

I’ve designed 12 Workshops that strengthen connection and care for soulful, wise, and what some call magical living. Participants receive a Monthly Two Hour Online Workshop based on chapters from the SelfCare Playbook for Sensitive Leaders and Mystics, resource videos, and a forum for Online Community Support. I recommend adding the monthly coaching at a reduced cost to address your own unique explorations and body wisdom.

Purpose of the Course

To dance the wise beauty of the cosmos is not an individual task. All of Life initiates and teaches us our place in the dance. As somatic Souls we can come to see our challenges as initiations.

For some of ys the blessings of life depend on how we meet our initiations. We do not have to be perfect. We only have to dance into the joy and suffering of being a body attuned to the physicality of Soul. With support we can gain strength to endure, rejoice, and know peace.

Do you sense soul? Nature, Dance, Song, and Sacred SIlence are the fastest ways to sense soul or fundamental consciousness.

This course attunes you to

  • The primal desire of body and soul: to create, play and rest

  • Three Directives: efficiency of energy, clarity of vision, and courage to love.

  • 12 arts in the dance of ensoulment and how to practice them.

  • Spontaneity- the signature of free will, synergy and synchronicity.

Hey Cynthia, I am interested in the group with friends. I have one person in mind. It would be great to find someone in another part of the country. I have to ask my friend first. I think we are both having trouble dealing with our limitations that make our full-to-the-brim, thousand-gallon bucket list unmanageable. But I want to make sure I understand. We would pay 55 each. How do you fit in? Who are we responding to? I will look more closely, but I need this a lot know although I am more overwhelmed by details of survival than ever before. It will be hard for me to do unless I know I am accountable to someone. I truly don’t have the time and really have very little time that I am not dealing with something.

I miss interplay and share it a little now and then but have fallen out of practice.

    Hi Cynthia,
I’m interested in starting in September. Do you have any idea what days and time you are considering?
Also will the classes be live online and the be bailable for replay?

  5. Cynthia Winton-Henry says:

Hi Bev. Do you have a computer or iPad with a camera? That is all you need. I haven’t set a time yet. The times you are seeing are for the dance chapel. You could try one out to get used to this kind of connection. Generally, people just click on the link and a window will open up on your computer just like magic. I can coach you one to one if it would be helpful
